Carvers appoints Richmond branch manager
North East estate agents Carvers has appointed Chris Lofthouse as branch manager of its Richmond office.
Chris, who joined in February, brings over ten years’ estate agency experience and will lead the team in supporting buyers and sellers across Richmond and North Yorkshire.
He said: “I’m delighted to take on the role of branch manager in Richmond.
“It’s a fantastic town with a thriving property market, and I look forward to building on Carvers’ reputation in the area.
“With such a committed team around me, I’m excited to help more people find the right home and to strengthen our relationships across the local community.”
Henry Carver, director at Carvers, added: “Chris has already made a strong impact since joining us earlier this year, and his appointment as branch manager is a natural step forward.
“His knowledge of rural markets and his track record of delivering results for clients make him a real asset to both the Richmond office and the wider group.
“We’re confident he will play a key role in driving our growth across North Yorkshire.”
