enevo appoints commercial and marketing manager
Building safety and compliance consultancy enevo has appointed industry expert Piers Durrant as commercial and marketing manager, a newly created role aimed at supporting the company’s next phase of expansion.
With more than 25 years of experience, including senior roles at Premier Guarantee and Assent, Piers brings extensive knowledge of control, warranty and compliance to the Leeds-headquartered firm.
His focus will be on strengthening enevo’s market position and enhancing recognition of its expertise in building safety, compliance and control across the UK construction industry.
Piers said: “enevo is absolutely flying and I’m excited to be a part of its journey, built on strong foundations as C80 Group.
“I plan to enhance our commercial approach through data-led decision making, closer alignment between sales and marketing and a renewed emphasis on customer experience.
“A key priority will be to elevate the enevo brand through consistent, high-impact communication and partnership activity, supporting our mission to deliver trusted, sustainable, and compliant building solutions nationwide.”
Named by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s top employers in 2025, enevo recently secured a seven-figure revolving credit facility from Santander UK to support its buy-and-build growth strategy and is preparing to open two new offices nationwide.
Mark Heptonstall, chief executive at enevo, added: “Fast growth has to be managed correctly and Piers has the requisite mix of industry and marketing experience needed to help us take the business forward.
“We’ve got some big plans and need to continue strategically in order to manage increased demand, a growing workforce and an expanding footprint.
“Piers is a fountain of knowledge and can see he’s going to work very well with the senior leadership team, particularly our divisional directors, to target and pursue respective goals.”
