Gateley Vinden names new Manchester director
Manchester-based built environment consultancy Gateley Vinden has appointed Chris Heathcote as a director within its project management and quantity surveying team.
Chris, a chartered quantity surveyor, brings 18 years’ experience from roles with Turner & Townsend and CBRE UK.
His expertise spans quantity surveying, project management, employer’s agent services, development monitoring and quantum expert witness work across diverse sectors.
In his new role, Chris will strengthen Gateley Vinden’s North of England operations, enhancing project management and quantity surveying services for education, commercial, residential and public sector clients.
His appointment supports the firm’s ongoing mission to deliver clear, practical consultancy that helps clients save money and mitigate risk.
Chris said: “Gateley Vinden has a strong reputation across the North, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s continuing to grow and develop its presence in the industry.
