Hubscale primed for growth with HQ switch

A Manchester-based recruitment specialist is set to expand rapidly following a move to larger city centre offices.

Hubscale, a global cybersecurity recruitment and executive search firm co-owned by directors Elliott White and Elliott Fielding, has relocated its headquarters to Tower 12 in Spinningfields after outgrowing its previous Hardman Square base. 

Bosses say the move will enable the company to double the size of its Manchester team, which has grown from four to 18 staff over the past 18 months, with capacity for 30 employees.

Elliott White said: “Having moved into Hardman Square in April 2024, we quickly outgrew the space, but we wanted to remain in Manchester city centre at a premium site with capacity to expand further.

“We’ve tripled the size of the Manchester team since January this year, and we will be making further appointments in the coming months. 

“By the end of 2025, we aim to have 30 staff in total across our offices.

“Being in the heart of Manchester’s business district gives us access to a large pool of talented professionals in the recruitment, technology and finance sectors. 

“It’s also great for connectivity and accessibility for our team, and is a hotspot for business events and networking.”

The firm works with clients across the UK, US, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, including venture capital and private equity firms seeking to build leadership teams in their portfolio businesses.

It also operates an office in Austin, Texas, where it currently employs five staff, and recruits globally across multiple business functions, helping cybersecurity companies scale in areas such as product, technology, enterprise security and go-to-market strategies.

The firm is on track to post revenues of £3.75 million for the year to December 2025, more than double the £1.58 million achieved in 2024.
