Brave Bison appoints new project director
London-based digital media and commerce company Brave Bison has appointed Romi Hirani as project director within its commerce division.
Romi joins from D2C brand group Malaberg, where she was senior programme manager, bringing extensive experience leading digital and omnichannel transformation projects for major retail brands including Currys, River Island, Burberry and Selfridges.
Her expertise spans Salesforce Commerce and Service Cloud platforms, supporting large-scale retail and digital transformation initiatives.
Romi said: “I’m excited to be joining the commerce team to help shape our retail agenda.
“After years leading large-scale digital and omnichannel programmes for brands like Currys, River Island and Selfridges, this feels like the right next step working with great people, building strong teams, and delivering meaningful change across brands and customers.”
Reporting to VP of Commerce Al Ward, Romi will strengthen Brave Bison’s delivery capabilities across multi-brand environments and support the company’s growth in retail and digital transformation.
Al Ward, vice president of commerce at Brave Bison, added: “This is a very exciting hire for us in commerce.
“Romi’s experience client side in retail giants like Currys, River Island, Burberry and Selfridges adds more weight to our retail play for 2026.
“Add this to a stellar track record in delivery excellence and we expect Romi to have an outsized positive impact.”
