ITC Service set to power growth with triple certification
Hebburn-based tech expert ITC Service has scooped three internationally recognised certifications, as part of its push to achieve growth on the back of a £7m investment from BGF announced last year.
The business delivers managed IT support, cyber security, Microsoft 365 cloud services, voice, communication, consulting and digital transformation to a 500-strong SME base.
Months of preparation work and a four-day audit saw the company achieve ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO22301, benchmarking its quality, security and resilience to the highest standards.
“We founded the business on principles of quality and security, so when we began reviewing the ISO certification requirements, it became clear that we were already in a strong position,” said founder and director Christopher Potts.
“The natural next step was to formalise our internal processes and turn our ongoing efforts into official certifications.
“Every member of our fifty-seven-strong team contributed to embedding the standards into daily operations, from internal audits and policy rollouts to cross- departmental training and system upgrades. A lot of hard work and effort has paid off in the shape of a scalable foundation for our future growth.”
To support the transformation and align internal processes with ISO requirements ITC Service partnered with Henry Kibirige, founder of Caladium Cyber.
Henry said: “It’s been great to work with such a passionate team of people, driven to deliver the highest possible quality of service to their clients.
“This triple certification represents more than just reassurance - it delivers real strategic advantage.
“ITC Service clients will benefit from a provider whose processes are streamlined, whose data protection is certified, and whose resilience is tested and proven.”
