Leeds agency lands hat-trick of new clients

A Leeds-based creative agency is set to expand its portfolio with three new high-profile clients.

Pink Gorilla Hairy Lemon (PGHL), a PR and events specialist, has been appointed by Leeds United Football Club, Federal Café and Asda to deliver a range of media, influencer and launch campaigns.

Jordan Odu, director and owner of PGHL, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with three such iconic and ambitious brands.

“Each of these projects allows us to showcase our creativity, energy and expertise in the hospitality and retail sectors.

“We’ll be bringing together smart PR and creative brand storytelling to make a real impact, and we can’t wait to get started.”

At Leeds United, PGHL will manage media relations and influencer activity for the club’s newly unveiled hospitality suites, including the LUFC 1919 Suite, Gary Speed Suite, Peter Lorimer Steakhouse and Hisense Leeds Lounge, enhancing matchday entertainment and corporate events.

Federal Café, known for its Kiwi and Aussie-style brunches, has appointed PGHL to support the launch of its first store outside Manchester, opening in Leeds this November.

PGHL will also work with Asda to manage media, influencer collaborations and brand activation for the opening of its new George store in Hull, following a successful Leeds trial.

The agency will coordinate a celebrity and influencer event to mark the store’s grand reopening.

Naomi Dobson, head of PR at George at Asda, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Pink Gorilla Hairy Lemon on the launch of our new George store in Hull.

“Their creative approach and strong understanding of both retail and lifestyle audiences make them the perfect partner to help bring this exciting new concept to life.”
