Finance broker continues growth with MGF deal

A Newcastle-based finance brokerage is accelerating its growth following a recent acquisition and a series of key appointments.

Trusted Business Partner has taken over MGF Asset Finance as part of its ongoing expansion, marking the latest success for the rapidly growing brokerage.

Since launching in 2018, the company has achieved consistent turnover growth of 25 per cent per year.

The firm has also strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Maxine Fox as operations director, who brings more than 25 years’ experience in professional services and finance, as well as Nicolle Kane as assistant relationship manager, following nearly 15 years in the banking sector.

Working with more than 300 financial providers, Trusted Business Partner delivers tailored solutions to help regional businesses access funding across commercial, asset, trade and invoice finance. 

Recent clients include Tomahawk Steakhouse and Seymour Construction, both of which have credited the firm’s strategic financial support in driving their continued growth.
