Azets expands Teesside audit team
Accountancy and business advisory firm Azets has strengthened its Teesside office with three new hires in its audit team.
Audit senior Damola Jolaoso and audit associates Isobel Atkinson and Joy Agbekwhe have joined the firm, based at Wynyard Park, as part of Azets’ continued growth in the North East.
The trio will support a wide range of clients across the region, reflecting Azets’ ongoing expansion and investment in its audit service line.
The accountancy firm, which provides audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, from private equity-backed businesses to public sector organisations, also has offices in Newcastle and Durham and continues to recruit for additional Teesside-based roles as part of its strategic growth plan.
Graham Fitzgerald, partner, said: “A warm welcome to Damola, Isobel and Joy.
“Their recruitment is as a result of our ongoing growth, serving a variety of clients across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors as our senior team continue to provide high quality audit services to new and existing clients.
“With continued expansion, we are actively creating new roles within our audit team at a variety of levels where there are opportunities for career development and the chance to work with some appealing clients as well as talented, committed and friendly colleagues.”
