Here Self Storage Opens £10 Million Salisbury Facility with Smart Technology and Local Partnerships

Here Self Storage, opens its third UK facility in just a year, bringing a modern, secure, and sustainable storage experience to Salisbury. 

The new site on Southampton Road, provides over 60,000 square feet of flexible storage space for personal and business customers, part of the company’s rapid expansion.

The Salisbury facility is operated by Engage, a UK-based SME with more than 16 years’ experience in self-storage, developing over one million square feet across 15 locations. Engage combines technology-driven convenience with a customer-first approach.

Mark van Adrichem, CEO of Engage, said: "This facility combines secure, flexible storage with smart technology, making it easier for businesses, students, and residents to manage their space. At the same time, it’s designed to give back to the community through initiatives like our in-store book library and local charity partnerships."

Here Self Storage offers a variety of unit sizes, flexible contracts, 24/7 keyless access via a smartphone app, and state-of-the-art security including individually alarmed rooms with motion sensors and remotely monitored around the clock with CCTV. Sustainability is central to the design, with energy-efficient solar panels, EV chargers and a tree planted for every new customer through the company’s partnership with Tree App.
