iBanFirst strengthens leadership with two senior appointments
iBanFirst has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Sonia Azzouzi Boudier as deputy chief executive and Aurore Gaspar Colson as non-executive director.
Sonia joined iBanFirst in 2022 as chief of tech and strategy officer and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s “Global Account” proposition, helping clients centralise and streamline cross-border payment and cash-management operations.
Her earlier career includes senior roles at Société Générale, where she served as chief of staff to Frédéric Oudéa, and eight years in strategy consulting.
As deputy chief executive, she will oversee operational excellence, support the firm’s value proposition and lead its international expansion.
Aurore joins the board as a non-executive director, bringing more than 20 years of banking experience at Société Générale across inspection, risk, retail banking and digital transformation.
She will contribute to strategic governance and support iBanFirst’s continued growth.
Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier, founder and chief executive of iBanFirst, said: “Sonia’s promotion recognises her commitment and the outstanding work she has accomplished in recent years by driving iBanFirst’s transformation.
“Her appointment as deputy chief executive aligns with the strong growth momentum our company is experiencing in Europe.
“Together with the entire executive committee, our country directors, and all our teams, we are more ready than ever to write a new chapter and make iBanFirst the go-to partner for small and medium multinationals (SMMs).
“I can count on Sonia to further accelerate the rollout of our value proposition.”
