Craig joins with extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation, most recently at Lookers Group.
In his new role, he will support the development of Pulman’s operations, performance and customer experience as the company expands.
Craig said: “Joining Pulman Group is a fantastic opportunity.
“Being part of a family business that’s so deeply connected to its local community is something I truly value.
“Pulman’s focus on people and its genuine care for customers and staff alike really stand out in the industry.
“I’m excited to be part of this next chapter of growth.”
A long-established family-run business, Pulman Group represents CUPRA, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen across the region.
Craig’s appointment forms part of the Group’s continued commitment to developing local talent and enhancing its strategic capabilities.
The move follows Pulman’s recent acquisition of National Vehicle Solutions, further extending the Group’s presence in the online vehicle broker market.

“His experience and leadership will be instrumental as we continue look to expand and grow.
“As a local, family business Craig shares our commitment to putting people first – both our customers and our teams – which makes him a perfect fit for Pulman.”
