Bradley Hall expands Birmingham team
Full-service property firm Bradley Hall has appointed Chartered surveyor Bryony Nixon as property consultant at its newly launched Birmingham office, supporting the firm’s wider expansion across the West Midlands.
With more than 20 years’ experience in valuation and retail acquisition for major UK and European retailers, Bryony brings strong sector expertise to the growing team, led by head of office Phil Bartleet.
She will focus on delivering valuation services across the region, offering support on probate, matrimonial matters, lease renewals and residential valuations as a Chartered surveyor, registered residential valuer and domestic EPC assessor.
Bryony said: “I’m pleased to be joining Phil and the Birmingham team at such an exciting time of growth for Bradley Hall.
“I look forward to supporting clients across the West Midlands with a broad range of consultancy services and building strong relationships throughout the region.”
The Birmingham office, opened earlier this year, forms part of Bradley Hall’s expanding UK footprint, which now comprises 11 offices including recent openings in Cumbria and Manchester.
The firm continues to grow its 80-strong team, with further appointments expected as it builds capacity across its full-service property offering.
Phil added: “Bryony’s appointment is a key part of our growth strategy for the West Midlands.
“Her background in both valuation and retail acquisition, alongside her expertise in EPC assessments, will be instrumental in expanding our service offering across the region.”
