Hill Group appoints business growth director
Essex-based The Hill Group has appointed Helen Rieman as business growth director, a newly created role that will support the housebuilder’s plans for expansion and strengthen its partnership-led approach to development.
Helen will focus on building long-term partnerships with local authorities, housing associations and public sector bodies, reinforcing Hill Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes, affordable housing and sustainable regeneration projects.
Her arrival comes as the business continues to grow its footprint across existing regions and into new markets.
With more than 20 years’ residential development experience, Helen brings significant expertise in leading large-scale regeneration projects and public-private partnerships.
She previously served as a board director at Wates Residential, where she played a key role in doubling turnover and expanding operations across London, the South and Wales.
Helen Rieman, business growth director at The Hill Group, said: “I’m excited to join The Hill Group, a business with a continuous drive to succeed and to be at the top of its game.
“Hill is privately owned yet fully geared for growth, with a culture that fosters collaboration and excellence hand in hand.
“Clients know they can pick up the phone and speak with the senior teams, and that openness and responsiveness set Hill apart.
“I’m looking forward to helping shape Hill’s next chapter of growth and building new partnerships that accelerate housing delivery across the UK.
“With a strong team and a clear ambition, Hill is well placed to be a key partner to the public sector and to continue delivering places that people are proud to call home.”
Helen’s appointment comes at a time of strong momentum for The Hill Group, with recent partnership wins and a growing pipeline of major housing-led schemes nationwide.
Andy Hill OBE, founder and group chief executive of The Hill Group, added: “We are delighted to welcome Helen to the Hill team.
“Her extensive experience in securing and delivering complex partnership projects, combined with her commercial insight and deep understanding of the housing landscape, makes her a valuable addition to our leadership group.
“Helen’s appointment comes at an exciting time of growth for Hill, as we continue to strengthen our pipeline and build on our reputation as a trusted partner of choice for both public and private sector clients.”
