CBRE announces new head of Leeds office
Global real estate advisory firm CBRE has appointed Mike Baugh as head of its Leeds office as part of its refreshed UK regional leadership strategy.
Mike, who has been with the business for more than 12 years, will continue to lead the industrial and logistics division for the North alongside his new role.
He succeeds Richard Bamford, who remains head of building consultancy for UK regional markets and UK head of building surveying.
CBRE has also strengthened its wider regional network with two further senior appointments.
Neil Kirkham, a long-standing member of the firm’s Liverpool team, has been named head of Liverpool, while Angela Lowe, who leads the office agency team in Scotland, becomes head of Edinburgh.
All three appointments support CBRE’s commitment to strong regional leadership across its key UK city offices.
John Ogden, managing director, UK regional markets at CBRE, said: “These appointments underscore our ongoing commitment to continue to invest in our regional leadership across the UK. Angela, Mike and Neil each bring exceptional market knowledge and client relationships that will be instrumental in driving continued growth and delivering outstanding results for our clients.”
