Hay & Kilner strengthens team with new recruits
North East law firm Hay & Kilner has expanded its legal and business support teams with 17 new appointments across both of its offices, reflecting continued growth and rising client demand.
The hires span commercial property, clinical negligence, family law, conveyancing, marketing, accounts, compliance and central services.
They include three new trainee solicitors, joining a former paralegal who has also begun their training contract, further strengthening the firm’s commitment to developing future legal talent.
New recruits have joined in roles including solicitor, associate, paralegal and manager, supporting the firm’s strategic investment in people and services as it continues to enhance its regional footprint.
Jonathan Waters, managing partner at Hay & Kilner, said: “We’re delighted to welcome such a talented group of individuals to Hay & Kilner.
“This is a significant moment for the firm. Making a bumper number of appointments in such a short period reflects our confidence in the future, our growing client base, and our commitment to long-term, sustainable growth.
“We’re investing not just in headcount, but in the future success of our people and our clients.”
