Modal expands team with three senior hires
London-based industrial outdoor storage investment manager Modal has strengthened its team with three new appointments as it continues to scale its UK portfolio.
Joshua Lennox joins as financial director from Starwood, bringing expertise in European real estate finance.
Eliza Birkett has been appointed senior asset manager following her role at Mileway, where she oversaw logistics and last-mile assets across London and the South East.
Meanwhile, Mimi Tangney joins as transactions and asset manager from CLS Holdings, adding further UK asset management experience.
The hires build on earlier additions to Modal’s asset management and investment teams this year and support the firm’s nationwide growth strategy.
Backed by Centerbridge Partners, Modal now manages more than thirty-five IOS sites across the UK and is targeting more than 60 by 2026.
Nicholas Schiloff, managing partner at Modal Property, said: “The continued expansion of our team reflects both the rapid growth of the IOS market and Modal’s position as its leading vertically integrated institutional platform.
“Josh, Eliza and Mimi bring strong experience across asset management, transactions and finance, further strengthening our ability to source, execute and manage complex operational real mestate across the UK.”
