PHS Solutions strengthens executive team
North East construction and decarbonisation specialist PHS Solutions, has expanded its leadership capacity with five senior appointments across key operational and strategic functions.
Lisa Coverdale joins as head of customer experience, bringing more than 35 years’ experience in social housing and the private sector.
Kirsty Tweddell has been appointed head of sustainability, focusing on retrofit, decarbonisation and the group’s environmental performance.
Joe Logan becomes operations manager, drawing on 18 years in site coordination and project delivery, while Adam Holdsworth takes up the role of contracts manager following a 24-year career spanning joinery, site and project management.
Finally, Louis Carr joins as commercial manager, overseeing a team of quantity surveyors and leading commercial performance.
The appointments follow the arrival of director Mark Kearney, who is leading PHS Solutions’ growth strategy.
