CBRE appoints new Edinburgh office head

Global real estate advisor CBRE has strengthened its Scottish leadership with the appointment of Angela Lowe as head of its Edinburgh office.

Angela, who has been with CBRE for more than ten years, leads the firm’s office agency team in Scotland and advises occupiers, developers and investors nationwide. 

She will continue her role as head of office leasing alongside her new responsibilities, succeeding Mark Little, who remains head of building consultancy and integrated PJM Scotland.

Angela said: “I’m very pleased to be taking up the role of head of Edinburgh at this important moment for the city and for CBRE.

“Edinburgh continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience and appeal as an international capital city, with strong investor interest, a deep occupier base and a growing pipeline of transformational development.

“My focus will be on strengthening CBRE’s presence in the market, supporting clients and helping to unlock the potential of key sites across the city.

Angela’s appointment forms part of CBRE’s strengthened regional leadership across the UK, which includes new heads of Leeds and Liverpool. 

CBRE operates major Scottish offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh, with teams spanning investment, agency, property management, valuation, consultancy, rating and planning.
