Dental entrepreneur opens second practice
A dental entrepreneur from Huddersfield has expanded into a second practice following a seven-figure investment.
Dr Harun Hussain has opened Chapel Dental & Wellness in Brighouse after transforming the Grade II-listed former St Aidan’s Chapel into a 2700sq ft state-of-the-art practice.
The nine-month renovation has created a luxury setting for private and NHS dental services, offering everything from routine and emergency care to advanced cosmetic treatments such as implants and composite bonding.
The new practice marks the entrepreneur’s second site, building on the success of Oaklands Dental in Huddersfield.
Alongside core dentistry, plans are in place to introduce a wider wellness offering focused on medical services and treating systemic health conditions linked to oral health.
Dr Hussain said: “With Chapel Dental & Wellness, we have taken the beautiful character of the chapel and its 19th century architecture, brought it back to life, and then blended it with a modern and state-of-the-art practice that perfectly blends dentistry and wellness treatments under one roof.
“After outgrowing our previous practice in Bailiff Bridge, this investment in the next stage of the business puts us at the forefront of the dentistry and wellness space in West Yorkshire.
“We’ll also be creating around five new job roles, adding to our 30-strong team of dental specialists.
“We are very much looking forward to welcoming existing patients, and new NHS and private patients, to this unique building as the business continues to grow.”
