Friends turn the key on new venture
A Fylde Coast property duo have launched a new agency.
Ashburn Lindsay has been founded by long-time friends and local property experts Lauren Ashburn and Nicola Lindsay, who have teamed up with entrepreneur and property owner Natasha Greenley to create an independent estate and lettings agency based in Lytham St Annes.
Together, they bring nearly three decades of combined experience across sales, lettings and property investment.
The new agency offers property sales, lettings and management across Lytham St Annes and the wider Fylde Coast, with national reach already established through clients in London.
Their focus is on a people-led approach built around clear communication, practical advice and deep local knowledge supported by strong community ties.
Lauren said: “We’ve both seen how the industry has changed.
“People want honesty, energy, and agents who really care.
“We created Ashburn Lindsay to make every move feel easier, clearer, and more personal.”
Ashburn Lindsay opened its doors this month and is already welcoming clients to its boutique-style service, positioning itself as a fresh alternative for homeowners and landlords both locally and nationally.
Nicola added: “This isn’t just business, it’s personal.
“Every client, every home and every business matters to us.
“We’ve built our careers on going the extra mile, and we’re excited to help people move forward with confidence.”
