Tech firm in office move after 'phenomenal' year
A tech firm has expanded with an office switch.
The Resolved Group has moved into new headquarters.
The company says its relocation to Hartlepool’s Advanced House follows a “phenomenal” first year that “shattered” all expectations and leaves it primed to create jobs next year.
It adds the space – double the size of its former base in Hartlepool Innovation Centre – will enable the business to meet “exceptional demand… and fulfil a waiting list running well into 2026”.
Known for digital support and maintenance services that repair apps, websites and e-commerce sites, the firm operates a sister India-based hub in Ahmedabad, which it previously revealed had boosted inbound leads from the US, Asia and the Middle East by more than a third since January.
Founder Chris Carroll said: “We are now in a great position where clients are seeking us out, rather than vice versa.
“That demand means we can carefully select who we want to work with, and the ideal clients don’t just take what we do for granted, but see us as a partner and work with us to help deliver the best results for them.”
He added the business’ growth will be accompanied by a focus on the geographical areas in which it operates.
He said: “A huge part of why this company was launched was to do good in our communities.
“In the North East, we’ve built and maintained free apps for charities, and helped everything from charities supporting neurodiversity to educational start-ups trying to grow young minds.
“In India, we’re paying up to four times the market rate because we want to reward talent and change lives for the better.”
