Mad Devs accelerates growth with job drive
A Yorkshire-based automotive technology company is expanding its support capacity as demand for its digital platform increases.
Mad Devs has doubled the size of its UK support team, creating eight new roles to keep pace with the growing number of dealers using its Connect software suite.
Based in Leeds, the firm provides a 24-hour weekday response service for retailers adopting its integrated tools, which include iStoreDOCS, iConvert and iTrackLEADS.
Bosses say the expanded team will help maintain fast, specialist assistance as more dealerships shift to digital workflows.
David Boyce, chief executive of Mad Devs, said: “As more dealers move onto the Connect platform, we’re determined to ensure the level of service we’re known for not only continues but improves.
“Our technology is designed to make life easier for dealers, and that includes the support they receive from us.
“Having a dedicated UK-based team that can respond quickly and understands the realities of dealer operations is vital to help retailers enjoy more efficient sales, compliance, and customer management processes.
“This investment is about keeping pace with our growth and making sure every retailer gets the help they need, when they need it.”
Mad Devs’ Connect platform is now used by more than 1400 sites nationwide, including major dealer groups.
Its modular system brings sales, compliance and lead management together under a single login to streamline the full customer journey for retailers.
