Ethical Planning Celebrates Regional Win and National Recognition at Prestigious Planning Awards

Ethical Planning, a small family-run planning consultancy based in Newcastle, is celebrating a major achievement after winning North East Mid-Size Planning Consultancy of the Year at the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Regional Planning Awards. The win placed the business among the top performers in the planning sector, and their success didn’t stop there.

Following the regional victory, Ethical Planning advanced to the National Awards, where they were announced as runners-up and received a special commendation, recognising the outstanding quality of their work and their contribution to the planning profession across the UK.

For a business that began with a simple mission: to provide honest, transparent, people-centred planning support, the recognition marks a milestone moment. Ethical Planning has grown steadily in recent years, yet continues to hold onto the principles it was founded on: honesty, integrity and a commitment to ethical practice.

Recent local successes include securing planning permission for the new Northumberland Line, obtaining approval for one of only a handful of Grand Designs–style homes in Northumberland, and working closely with local charity The People’s Kitchen on their redevelopment plans.
