Luma shines light on new AI era

A Manchester marketing agency is entering a new phase of growth with the launch of an AI-powered reporting platform.

Luma Marketing has unveiled a bespoke system developed in partnership with Newcastle-based Polybox, designed to streamline reporting by bringing all marketing and communications data into one place. 

The platform uses interactive dashboards to automate time-consuming processes and provide a full view of performance across channels.

By connecting with the agency’s wider cloud-based network, the technology delivers an unprecedented level of insight, offering clients richer analysis and a more holistic understanding of campaign impact.

Founded in 2015 by Lucy Lomas, who set out to build a more balanced and fulfilling professional life, Luma has grown to a seven-strong team and is marking its tenth year with a significant investment in innovation.

Lucy said: “This is something I’ve wanted to do for an extremely long time and am very pleased it’s finally come to fruition.

“We challenge ourselves with the ‘so what?’ question all the time and if we can’t answer that, then we either change tack or find another way. 

“There have been times when we, or the strategic partners we work with on behalf of our clients, haven’t been able to provide data to back something up – and that’s where we are unable to prove RoI.

“Luma’s tenth anniversary has provided an opportunity for reflection and it’s a timely opportunity to launch this new system alongside a decade of business – it almost feels as if Luma has grown up and is leaving home for the next chapter.

“With this new platform both we, and our clients, can spend less time reporting and more time using the data to make evidence-based decisions. 

“And that’s invaluable intelligence.”
