Fluid Ideas announces senior promotion
Derby-based creative agency Fluid Ideas has promoted Olivia Elliott, head of its performance and innovation team, to associate partner.
Olivia joined the agency last year to lead the newly created team, which enhances digital performance for client campaigns across SEO, CRO, paid media and email marketing, using data, automation and software innovation to optimise user journeys.
Under her leadership, the team has expanded with several strategic hires, strengthening Fluid Ideas’ ability to support growth and drive innovation across its wider 50-strong agency, which delivers strategy, creative, content, production, digital and performance services.
Olivia said: “Since stepping into the role in February 2024, I’ve focused on strengthening our performance offering by building a team of specialists across key digital marketing channels.
“Their expertise has enhanced our capabilities and enabled us to deliver a more comprehensive, insight-driven service for our clients, driving traffic to their websites, optimising their campaigns, guiding them through the ever-evolving AI landscape and giving them the strongest possible return on their investment.
“Our goal is to support clients across every aspect of online and offline marketing, maximising commercial impact while sharing in the success and momentum that this growth generates for our team.
“We have also introduced a marketing consultancy offering alongside our hands-on service provision, empowering clients’ internal teams to develop, upskill and evolve with us.”
Olivia added: “I’m incredibly proud to become an associate partner and to help shape Fluid’s future.
“I work alongside an exceptionally talented, skilled and, most importantly, passionate and committed group of people who care deeply about the business, our culture and the success we can drive for our clients as we continue to grow together.”
Based at Darley Abbey Mills, the award-winning agency serves clients globally across property, manufacturing, health and education sectors.
Ed Bowler, managing director of Fluid, added: “Olivia has been a key addition to our senior team and has led numerous strategic initiatives to keep our clients one step ahead and help them grow their brands in smarter, more measurable ways.
“Clients and colleagues who know Olivia will understand why we’re so happy that she is joining the partner team at Fluid. She provides a huge depth of experience in performance marketing, as well as real strategic acumen and a determination to make a difference for the clients with whom we partner.
“Perhaps most importantly, Olivia shares the values upon which we’ve built Fluid, which means she will be central in strengthening and protecting our culture as our agency evolves over the coming years.”
