untypical appoints new chief executive
Solihull-based housebuilding group untypical has appointed Gary Ennis as its chief executive.
Gary brings 35 years’ experience in UK housebuilding, including nearly three decades at Barratt Developments PLC, where he held several senior leadership roles and most recently served as regional managing director for London and the South East.
In his new role, Gary will lead untypical’s growth strategy and support its ambition to become the UK’s most customer-centric housebuilder, delivering high-quality homes and strong community outcomes.
He said: “I am delighted to join untypical group as chief executive.
“This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic organisation with a strong reputation for innovation and growth.
“I look forward to working closely with the talented team across the group to build on its success and drive the next phase of development.
