S&W strengthens audit team with Birmingham-based Partner appointment
S&W, the fast-growing professional services group, has appointed Andrew Dymond as Partner in its audit team, based in Birmingham. Andrew brings over two decades of experience advising businesses across the Midlands, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality audit and assurance services tailored to client needs.
Andrew joins S&W from PwC, where he led the central non-financial reporting team, helping companies navigate evolving ESG reporting requirements, as well as meeting growing demands for audited grant claims and compliance with cost and data-sharing contracts.
Andrew has a proven track record in advising mid-market and large businesses across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, service-based businesses, and private equity-backed companies, alongside significant experience with listed entities and inbound work. His expertise spans statutory audit, risk management, and business assurance, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments while improving efficiencies and driving sustainable growth.
Andrew Dymond, Partner, S&W commented: "I am thrilled to be joining S&W at such an exciting time. The opportunity to build on my experience working in the East Midlands private business equity market, backed by the strength and depth of the regional S&W team, was something I couldn’t refuse. I enjoy getting to know my client’s business, their team, strategy and culture. I then blend this understanding with my technical expertise, to deliver a high-quality audit with a personal touch – cutting through complexity and delivering exceptional client service."
Stephen Drew, Regional Managing Partner at S&W, said: "We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew to S&W. His depth of experience, particularly in ESG reporting and private business markets will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence and deliver exceptional service to businesses across the Midlands. With his client-focused approach, I’m confident he will make a significant impact for our clients and our people.”
