Bristol property firm Hollis Morgan makes senior hires

Bristol-based estate agent and land and property auctioneer Hollis Morgan has made two senior appointments as it builds on the continued growth of its auction and residential sales business.

Pat Addison has joined as director of land and development, bringing extensive experience from Connells Group, where he led the regional land department. 

He has a strong track record across strategic land, affordable housing, build to rent and site sales, working with many of the South West’s leading housebuilders and housing associations.

Meanwhile, Dan Harris has been appointed director of new homes, joining from Knight Frank where he was a partner and department head. 

With wide-ranging experience across the South West, he advises on the full development lifecycle from site acquisition through to sales and disposal.

The appointments give Hollis Morgan dedicated directors across its four core divisions – residential sales, land and development, new homes and auctions – strengthening the firm’s offer as demand across the Bristol market continues to grow.
