Creative agency Transmission bolsters senior team

London-based creative production agency Transmission has made two senior leadership promotions, appointing Adam Lampard as chief creative officer and promoting Iain Lawrence to creative director.

Adam steps into the newly elevated chief creative officer role to lead Transmission’s overall creative vision, with responsibility for creative standards, culture and the development of strategy-led, content-driven campaigns across the agency’s client portfolio.

He said: “This promotion is really a reflection of the incredible people I get to work with every day. 

“I’m thrilled to lead our creative team as we continue raising the bar for meaningful, boundary-pushing work.”

Meanwhile, Iain moves up from head of creative to creative director, reflecting his role in driving creative output and pitch success. 

He will lead major client campaigns, mentor the creative team and help ensure consistency and craft across the business.

Iain added: “Matt, Lee and Adam have consistently promoted my ambition to make distinctive, original work, as well as supporting the desire to explore opportunities to expand the scope of content we produce. 

“This backing gives us creative freedom, meaning we’re led by ideas and potential, rather than remits. 

“We’ve got a talented bunch around us, and we’re stoked for this next chapter of pushing into new territories of creative and film together.” 

Matt Buckle, managing director/partner, and Lee Climpson, production director/partner, added: “Adam has led our creative since day one – this move simply recognises the level he’s been operating at for years. 

“And Iain’s impact on the quality of our work has been huge; he’s a natural leader and an essential part of where we’re heading. 

“These appointments strengthen our leadership for the next stage of our journey.
