Keepmoat strengthens North West site team
Homebuilder Keepmoat has appointed eight new site managers in the North West to support the continued growth of its regional land portfolio.
The new hires – Callum Belshaw, Steve Pellow and David Clifford in Leyland, Adam Labno in Widnes, Sadeem Khan in Manchester, Mike Hinchliffe in Runcorn, and Ellis Mellor and Ryan Cropley in Blackburn – join as the company prepares for seven new sites to start on site next year, with a further four moving through planning.
The expanded team will oversee day-to-day operations across developments in the region, managing site teams and contractors, coordinating programmes and resources, as well as ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Regional managing director Peter Barlow, at Keepmoat North West, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new site managers to the team as we expand Keepmoat’s land portfolio across our strong performing region.
“Multiple appointments of great people strengthens our on-site delivery capability and will continue to drive growth across our North West sites, playing a vital role in expanding our portfolio of high-quality new homes.
“At Keepmoat, we’re committed to investing in local people and we’re proud to be a large employer across the North West.
“I look forward to seeing their skills and commitment contribute to delivering high-quality, multi-tenure homes.”
