Anochrome Group strengthens commercial leadership
Surface coating and metal finishing specialist the Anochrome Group has promoted Steve Norman to group commercial and divisional director as it looks to strengthen its position across multiple markets.
Steve has been with Walsall-based Anochrome Group for seven years, having previously served as general manager and most recently as group UK divisional director.
In his new role, he will retain senior responsibility for the Anochrome Ltd and Anotec facilities, while leading and executing the Group’s overall commercial strategy.
His remit includes identifying and developing new markets, sectors and industries, alongside evolving Anochrome’s sales and marketing approach to support continued growth across its portfolio of specialist businesses serving sectors from automotive and construction to wind energy and petrochemicals.
Steve said: “I am delighted to take on this new role with the challenge of championing sustainable growth across the Group.
“Anochrome is a fantastic business with a rich 80-year history and a plan for continued success for decades to come, for the benefit of our shareholders, employees, partners and customers.
“Key to our development plan is increasing our presence in more diverse markets, including rail and aerospace, where our industry-leading solutions can offer genuine value.”
Group chief executive Mark Jones added: “This promotion is a testament not only to Steve's achievements to date, but also to the confidence we have in his vision for the Anochrome Group.
“This strategic enhancement to our leadership structure reflects our ambition to broaden our market position, accelerate commercial performance and ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation, capability and customer value.”
