GHD puts down roots in Leeds
A global professional services firm has expanded its northern footprint.
GHD has opened a new office in Leeds as part of its UK growth strategy, strengthening its presence across the north of England and improving access to its global expertise delivered through local teams.
The move builds on the company’s recent openings in Manchester and Chester, creating a connected northern hub to support clients across water, energy and transport markets.
The Leeds office, which opened in late November, is located at 55 St Pauls, within walking distance of the city centre.
It will bring together a broad mix of GHD professionals and has been designed with future expansion in mind as the firm continues to grow its regional footprint.
Rather than consolidating existing teams, bosses say the new base will provide a central and accessible northern location to support talent development, client engagement and collaboration across the region.
They add it will also strengthen GHD’s ability to deliver locally informed solutions while drawing on its global network of technical specialists.
Kevin Eyers, UK regional general manager at GHD, added: “Opening a new Leeds city centre office strengthens our commitment to a more connected and better-served north of England.
“Together with our new Manchester and Chester offices, this expanded northern network solidifies our position as a leading integrated services provider across critical infrastructure.
“By combining global expertise with locally delivered solutions, we are better positioned than ever to support our clients and deliver the infrastructure that will unlock long-term growth across the whole country.”
