Financial firm expands with 'landmark' takeover
A financial services firm has expanded with a “landmark” takeover.
Perspective Financial Group has bought Prosser Knowles Associates.
Bosses say the move marks Perspective’s “largest acquisition to date” and adds about £400 million of assets under advice to the business.
They add the move will see Droitwich and Gloucester-based Prosser Knowles rebranded as Perspective (Prosser Knowles), with 27 staff switching to Perspective’s roster.
Ian Wilkinson, chief executive at Chorley-headquartered Perspective, said: “We are absolutely delighted to complete this landmark acquisition.
“This is an important moment for our firm and a powerful testament to the hard work, dedication and expertise of our entire mergers and acquisitions and integration teams.
“In Prosser Knowles and the team, we have found a firm that is culturally aligned and built on the same client-centric philosophy as Perspective.
“We will be retaining both offices and establishing them as new regional hubs.”
Nick Aston, Prosser Knowles’ managing director, added: “We are proud to partner with Perspective after 38 years of success.
“This move supports our continued growth and ensures we can maintain exceptional service for clients.
“Perspective is a partner we trust to safeguard our clients’ interests and futures.”
