Gateley makes senior leadership hires
Professional services group Gateley, headquartered in Birmingham, has strengthened its executive leadership team with a series of senior appointments to support its growth and transformation strategy.
Helen Hill has joined Gateley as chief people officer and becomes a member of the group’s strategic board.
She brings extensive experience in people strategy and organisational development, most recently holding the same role at legal services provider DWF.
Gateley has also appointed Simon Drinkwater to the newly created role of change director.
Simon joins from FTSE 250 banking group OSB Group and will lead the company’s business transformation activity and support the integration of future acquisitions.
In addition, Ben Carter has been appointed as head of technology innovation, joining from Pinsent Masons, where he held a similar role.
Victoria Garrad, chief operating officer at Gateley, said: “We are delighted to welcome Helen and Simon to Gateley in what is an exciting time for the company.
“Both bring with them a wealth of experience and will support us to achieve our ambitions for organic and acquisitive growth.
“I am looking forward to working with them.”
