Wharfedale Homes appoints site manager
Yorkshire-headquartered housebuilder Wharfedale Homes has appointed Scott Iveson as site manager for its Spa Gardens development in Gainford.
Scott will lead the delivery of the 79-home scheme, which is being developed in partnership with County Durham-based Raby Estate and features a mix of apartments, family homes and bungalows within a village-style layout.
He joins Wharfedale Homes with significant housebuilding experience, having previously held a number of management roles with national developers Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
Scott said: “The architects have done an amazing job in the design and layout of Spa Gardens to incorporate the surrounding area.
“The site team and I are looking forward to bringing the creative vision from pen and paper to reality, in building good quality homes for our customers.”
Based in the historic village of Gainford, Spa Gardens represents a flagship project for Wharfedale Homes as it continues to expand its residential portfolio across the North.
Scott’s appointment supports the company’s focus on quality delivery and strong on-site leadership as construction progresses.
Matt Gibson, director at Wharfedale Homes, added: “Scott brings a proven track record of managing the delivery of high-quality new home developments.
“We are delighted to have Scott on board as we press ahead with delivery of the bespoke and high-quality Spa Gardens.”
