Lodders appoints client experience director
Law firm Lodders, which has offices in Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley in Arden, Birmingham and Cheltenham, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Kathryn Small as director of client experience.
Kathryn joins the firm with more than 25 years’ experience in professional services marketing and business development.
She arrives from Clearwater Corporate Finance and previously held senior leadership roles at Barker Brettell, Gowling WLG, Irwin Mitchell and Eversheds Sutherland.
In her new role, Kathryn will lead business development activity across Lodders’ full range of legal services, while also focusing on enhancing and streamlining the client experience.
She will oversee the firm’s marketing team, supporting Lodders’ continued growth and client-focused approach.
Kathryn said: “In a heavily saturated legal market, providing an outstanding client experience is a key differentiator.
“My role will be to show clients ‘the Lodders way’ of doing things and going beyond the transaction to understand how clients feel following every interaction they have with us.
“The firm has strong growth plans and a clear strategy for the next three years and is committed to maintaining its investment in central services which are arguably the engine room of any law firm.
“I’m looking forward to leading a laser-focused approach on our client experience to drive Lodders’ continued growth.”
Kathryn’s appointment reflects Lodders’ ongoing investment in senior expertise to strengthen relationships with clients and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the firm’s regional offices.
Managing partner Paul Mourton added: “Kathryn’s in-depth business development experience across multiple professional services firms makes her a valuable addition to our central services team.
“Her strategic approach and lead generation expertise will be key to our ambitious growth and development plans.
“Lodders is very much a people business, and, with Kathryn’s support, we remain dedicated to providing the legal clarity and human understanding clients need to move forward and achieve their goals.”
