Morrison Foerster elects 17 partners
Global law firm Morrison Foerster has elected 17 lawyers to its partnership, as it continues to invest in senior talent across its international practice.
The newly promoted partners are Jake Burne, Josh Crawford, Caitlin Crujido, Raff Ferraioli, Lawrence Gallick, Jenny Galloway, Hannah Jiam, Julia Koch, Astrid Menendez-Muharram, Christoph Nüßing, Hisatada Ohashi, Ben Rosenzweig, Luke Rowland, Takaki Sato, Sumaiya Sharmeen, Camila Tapernoux and Yuan Xia.
The cohort spans 13 practice groups across litigation and transactions, with appointments made in offices including London, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Austin, Denver, Miami, Palo Alto, Tokyo and Berlin.
The promotions reinforce Morrison Foerster’s depth of expertise across areas such as M&A, finance, intellectual property, investigations, antitrust, restructuring, real estate and executive compensation, supporting the firm’s continued growth across global markets.
Among the cohort are London-based disputes and M&A specialists, alongside senior hires in technology, life sciences, private equity, regulatory and digital advisory work globally.
The partner elections reflect Morrison Foerster’s continued focus on developing its next generation of leaders while supporting complex, cross-border client work across major global markets.
