Turner & Townsend names UK managing director for cost management
Professional services firm Turner & Townsend, which provides cost management, project management and advisory services to clients across the UK and internationally, has promoted Stephanie Marshall to managing director for UK cost management within its real estate division.
Stephanie joined the firm 14 years ago as a cost manager in the company’s Newcastle office and has since led major cost management commissions across both public and private sectors nationwide.
Most recently, she headed Turner & Townsend’s UK regional cost management business and has played a key role in the development of its digital cost management capability.
Her promotion reflects her contribution to the growth and performance of the UK business.
Stephanie succeeds Martin Sudweeks, who is retiring after more than 30 years with the firm.
Chris Sargent, UK real estate managing director, said: “I’d first like to thank Martin for all of his contributions to the business over the past 30 years, and particularly in his role as managing director for cost management since 2020.
“He leaves the team in very capable hands – Stephanie’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have been instrumental in building Turner & Townsend’s leading position in the UK.
“I look forward to seeing her continue to drive excellence and innovation in this new role."
