Bradley Hall hires Birmingham surveyor
National property consultancy Bradley Hall has appointed Aneil Taak as senior surveyor at its Birmingham office, supporting the firm’s continued expansion across the West Midlands and UK.
Aneil joins the Birmingham-based team from the Valuation Office Agency and will advise clients on valuation, development, business rates and asset management matters.
In his new role, he will work with lenders and private clients, providing valuation, lease advisory and commercial agency services across the region.
Aneil said: “I am pleased to be joining Bradley Hall’s Birmingham office at an exciting time of growth for the firm and the West Midlands office.
“I am looking forward to supporting clients across the region with valuation services and developing our presence in the area.”
The Birmingham office, led by Phil Bartleet, has expanded rapidly since opening last year as Bradley Hall continues to grow its national footprint.
Phil added: “Aneil joins us with a wealth of experience across previous valuations and agency roles.
“His appointment allows us to further expand our service lines, our reach and the number of valuations we can produce.
“Alongside Bryony, Aneil’s expertise will be incredibly beneficial for the firm and our regional clients.”
Bradley Hall operates from 11 offices across the UK and provides end-to-end property services spanning commercial and residential agency, valuations, property management, building surveying and land and development.
