Keepmoat hires group production director
Doncaster-headquartered housebuilder Keepmoat has appointed Karl Wiseman as group production director, strengthening its executive board.
Karl joins the business with more than 20 years of industry experience, having held a number of senior leadership roles including construction director, regional managing director and deputy regional chairman.
In his new group-level role, he will oversee Keepmoat’s construction, health and safety, commercial, procurement, technical and customer care teams.
Karl said: “I’m delighted to be joining Keepmoat at such an exciting time for the business.
“With a strong reputation for building high-quality homes and creating lasting change, I’m looking forward to working with the executive team to deliver the company’s ambitious growth plans.
“Keepmoat is committed to delivering partnership-first schemes, putting sustainability and operational excellence at its core and building sustainable communities and transforming lives – all of which strongly align with my own values.”
Karl’s appointment supports Keepmoat’s focus on operational performance and the delivery of high-quality homes across the UK.
The housebuilder, which has delivered more than 35,000 homes nationwide, is particularly active in regenerating brownfield land, with more than 65 per cent of its current developments located on previously used sites.
Ian Hoad, chief executive at Keepmoat, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Karl to the Keepmoat team.
“His extensive experience in large-scale residential delivery and operational leadership will be invaluable as we strengthen the executive board and drive the business forward.”
