Resonate Group hires bids lead
London-based digital rail technology company Resonate Group has appointed Gurvir Henderson as head of propositions and bids to support its continued growth.
Gurvir joins the business with more than 20 years’ experience across the transport and rail sector.
In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and developing Resonate Group’s market propositions, ensuring its digital rail solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs while supporting strategic growth opportunities.
She brings extensive experience from senior roles at PA Consulting, Network Rail and London Underground, where she led major technology and digital transformation programmes across the rail industry.
Gurvir said: “Resonate Group is doing incredible work in digital transformation, and I’m excited to help shape the next chapter to drive innovation, strategy, and create a meaningful impact.

Working closely with technical teams and industry partners, Gurvir will play a key role in strengthening Resonate Group’s position at the forefront of digital rail innovation.
