Individual Restaurants makes senior promotions
Manchester-based hospitality group Individual Restaurants has strengthened its senior leadership team with a series of promotions as it prepares for a year of growth.
At group level, Toni Dennan has been promoted to group marketing and sales director, Samantha Dhaliwal to concept and international director and Selena Green has expanded her role as commercial and insights director to include responsibility for technology.
Across the group’s brand portfolio, Francesco Fiore has been appointed managing director of Piccolino, while Tolga Sen has been named director of operations for Restaurant Bar & Grill, Riva Blu, Forbici and new concepts.
The promotions follow a strong trading period for Individual Restaurants and form part of a refreshed leadership structure designed to support brand performance, innovation and expansion.
Individual Restaurants operates premium restaurant brands across the UK, including Piccolino, Riva Blu, Restaurant Bar & Grill and Forbici, and continues to invest in new sites, concepts and guest experience.
Andrew Garton, chief executive of Individual Restaurants, said: “Our restaurants are built around special occasions, great food, exceptional hospitality and the people who bring those moments to life.
“In a challenging trading environment, our teams rose to the occasion this Christmas, delivering record results when it mattered most and I couldn’t be prouder.
“As we move into 2026, our focus is firmly on growth in the UK and overseas.
“We have new concepts in development, fresh ideas ready to bring to market and a leadership team built to turn ambition into action.”
Andrew added: “We’ve been deliberate about building the right leadership foundations for this next stage.
“These changes give us sharper focus, stronger accountability and the confidence to grow, not just our existing, well established and much-loved brands, but the new ideas and dining concepts that will define our future.”
