Agency lays foundations for growth with new base
A specialist built environment communications agency is targeting growth after securing a new city centre office in Leeds.
Royal Pilgrim Communications has relocated to 5 York Place in central Leeds, moving from its previous base on Queen Square following a period of strong performance.
Founded in 2018, the agency supports clients throughout the planning and development process, providing strategic communications, public consultation, stakeholder engagement and media services.
Its client portfolio spans residential, commercial and logistics schemes delivered nationwide.
Ben Pilgrim, one of the founding directors of Royal Pilgrim Communications, said the new office will give the agency “space and flexibility to grow”.
He said: “This move reflects both the fantastic projects we are currently working on and our ambitions for the future.
“It’s testament to our amazing and elite team, as we support high-profile and complex schemes across the UK.
“The new office will give us the space and flexibility to grow, as we play our part in the Government’s mission to ‘build, baby build’ by delivering strategic communications advice to a wide range of sectors within the built environment industry.”
The long-term lease at 5 York Place was secured with support from Leeds-based property agent Carter Towler.
