Engineer seeks to seal future with board moves
A cabling and pipework protection firm says it is plugged in for growth after a triple appointment.
CSD Sealing Systems has added Nichola Coates, Anthony Jordan and Peter Litchfield to its board.
Bosses say the trio will bolster ambitions to triple the size of the Cramlington-based operator and expand its 40-plus workforce.
Nichola has been appointed financial director, with Anthony assuming the role of operations director and Peter becoming sales and technical director.
Operating across the UK and countries including Australia and Canada, the business provides equipment including duct seal systems and sealing plugs across the onshore and offshore construction industries.
David Ripley, managing director, said: “The growth we’re seeing and our ambition to scale will create new opportunities and strengthen our ability to deliver world-class solutions for our customers around the world.
“Our expanded board creates the right leadership team for growth, fostering collaboration and creating a culture that empowers our people.
“With Nichola, Anthony and Peter joining the board, we are better positioned than ever to achieve our goals.”
