Financial firm targets growth with office move
A North East financial planning firm is marking its continued growth with a move to larger premises at the site where the company was first established.
Sage Wealth Management has relocated to a new office within the former Bowes House Farm buildings on the Lambton Park Estate, where managing director Michael Sage originally opened the firm in 2008.
Michael says the move to larger premises reflects the company’s expansion since its launch, complementing its additional offices in Carlisle, Hexham and Alnwick.
He adds the firm has signed a ten-year lease on the new space, providing room for a growing team and improved facilities for client meetings.
Michael said: “I’m incredibly proud of how far Sage Wealth Management has come since we opened that first office here on the Lambton Park Estate.
“This estate has always been home to our business, and it’s wonderful to be able to continue here as we grow.
“The location provides an easily accessible base for our clients, set within stunning surroundings that create the right environment for the important conversations we have about people's financial futures.
“Moving to a larger office on the estate is a natural progression for us.
“We've built a fantastic team, and this new space allows us to continue delivering the high level of personal service our clients expect while accommodating our growth.”
