Elevation launches new recruitment division

A South Yorkshire recruitment firm is bolstering its leadership recruitment capability after a record-breaking year.

Rotherham-based Elevation Recruitment Group has launched a new Leadership and Executive division, bringing its senior recruitment capability under a single dedicated brand. 

The move follows the group’s strongest year to date, with 2025 delivering record revenues and sustained client demand across its specialist markets.

Bosses say the new division will focus on securing high-impact leaders for organisations across Yorkshire and the wider UK, supporting appointments at senior leadership, director and executive level. 

Roles will span managing directors, general managers, functional directors, heads of department and future leadership talent.

Positioned between Elevation’s established leadership recruitment activity and its executive search capability, the division provides a clear pathway through to C-suite appointments, drawing on expertise across engineering, manufacturing, finance, technology, people and HR, sales, marketing and supply chain.
