Morpeth development opens new show homes
A housebuilder is opening new show homes as part of a growing residential development in Morpeth.
David Wilson Homes is set to unveil its first show homes and a new sales office at The Paddocks, located on Cottingwood in the Northumberland market town.
The launch will take place this Saturday (January 31) and Sunday (February 1), giving house hunters an early look at the development.
Among the first homes to open are four and five-bedroom properties, showcasing modern layouts designed to suit a range of buyers.
Across the wider scheme, three, four and five-bedroom homes will be delivered.
Steven Ball, sales director at David Wilson Homes North East, said: “We are thrilled to open the show homes and sales office at The Paddocks.
“The Morpeth area is a great place for young families and professionals to lay their roots and we’re excited to see the community here grow.”
