Complii appoints chief technology officer
Building safety and regulatory compliance group Complii, headquartered in London, has appointed Mark Baldwin as chief technology officer, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business continues to scale.
Mark joins the group with extensive experience leading large-scale technology operations across complex, multi-country organisations.
In his new role, he will lead Complii’s technology strategy, with a focus on enterprise transformation and the integration of its growing portfolio of specialist businesses.
Mark brings a strong track record supporting mergers and acquisitions, having overseen the successful IT integration of more than 30 acquisition deals during his career.
His background includes managing multi-million-pound IT portfolios and driving the modernisation of infrastructure, applications and cyber security.
Mark said: “I am motivated by the challenge of bringing clarity to complex IT landscapes and delivering technology that provides a genuine competitive advantage.
“My goal is to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, ensuring that as Complii continues to grow, our technology platforms remain robust, secure, and fully aligned with our mission to keep buildings safe and compliant.”
Mark’s appointment supports Complii’s ongoing buy-and-build strategy as the group continues to expand its services across the water, air, fire and electrical compliance sectors.
Sarah Dixon, chief executive of Complii, added: “We are thrilled to have Mark join the leadership team as chief technology officer.
“Mark’s extensive experience in M&A integration and his ability to align technology with complex business outcomes make him the ideal leader to drive our digital transformation and ensure our systems remain as resilient as the safety services we provide to our clients.”
