Intasite appoints SaaS growth expert to board
Teesside-based safety technology company Intasite has appointed SaaS growth specialist Steve Spark to its board, supporting the business as it scales following a year of strong performance.
Steve joins the cloud-based digital induction and site access provider in a strategic advisory role, bringing more than 20 years’ experience helping software-as-a-service businesses grow internationally.
His background includes leading multiple private equity funding rounds, a trade sale and several business acquisitions.
Steve said: “Intasite is solving real problems in safety-critical industries with smart, scalable technology, and doing it with a team that’s passionate, agile, and ambitious.
“I’ve worked with many SaaS businesses over the years, and what excites me about Intasite is the strength of its product-market fit and the clarity of its growth vision.
“I’m looking forward to helping the team sharpen its go-to-market strategy, scale operations, and unlock new opportunities across the UK and internationally.”
Steve’s appointment follows a record-breaking year for Intasite, which recently reported a 20 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue driven by growing demand for its proprietary software platform.
Intasite is actively recruiting across its team, with roles including software engineers, video editors and business development managers, as well as plans to secure larger premises to support continued growth.
Danielle Croce, commercial director at Intasite, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Steve to our advisory board.
“His record in scaling SaaS businesses is impressive, and his insights will be invaluable as we enter our next phase of growth.
“This milestone reflects the trust our clients place in us and the value our platform delivers every day, and with Steve’s guidance, we’re excited to accelerate even further.”
